Tere Lojero nace en la ciudad de México y cursa la carrera de arquitectura en la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Desde 1998 siguiendo los pasos de la acuarela, se dedica por completo a esta actividad. Ha tomado parte en múltiples muestras colectivas, tanto nacionales como internacionales y ha presentado más de 30 exposiciones individuales en diversas galerías, museos e instituciones en el país y en el extranjero.

Lojero está enamorada del paisaje, tema que le permite compartir su visión del mundo y dar voz a sus pinceles. Capturar escenas de la vida diaria se ha convertido en su principal objetivo para compartir su alma con el espectador.

Ha sido premiada en diversas ocasiones tanto nacional como internacionalmente. Es la líder de la International Watercolor Society México (IWS México) desde julio del 2017 y a partir del diciembre del 2019 se convierte en vicepresidente de la IWS Global. Desde Abril del 2024 es Vicepresidente de la Sociedad Mexicana de Acuarelistas. Ha participado como jurado en diversos concursos de pintura y como gestora y promotora de la acuarela ha organizado concursos y exhibiciones nacionales e internacionales.

Tere Lojero was born in Mexico City and studied architecture in her native country. From 1998 onwards she follows the steps of Watercolor and completely devotes herself to this specialty. She has taken part in diverse collective national and international editions of watercolor exhibitions and has presented more than 30 Solo Exhibits in several Galleries in Mexico.

She is completely devoted to landscape, a subject that allows her to share her vision of the world and to give her brushes a voice. Capturing scenes of the day-to-day becomes her main objective and through them, she can give part of her soul to the audience.

She has been awarded in different contests in her native country and abroad. She is the IWS Mexico Leader since July 2017 and from December 2019 on she is Vice-President of IWS Globe. From April 2024 on she is Vice-President of the Mexican Watercolor Society. She has been a juror in different painting contests and as a watercolor promoter and organizer, she has arranged national and international contests and exhibitions.
